Getting to Know Your Business and Goals

Before we kick off the 3 weeks, we’ll meet on a live call so that I can understand where you are and your objectives.

It is important to know who your target audience is, what you’ve tried, what’s blocking you right now, what your strengths are, etc.

I also need to know if you want to build a new lead magnet, initial offer, or signature program (read this article).

Week 1

Strategizing Your Core Asset

It is time to find out the best positioning and angle for your new asset.

We will pick a topic by reverse-engineering the best outcome you want from this. We will dig deep into identifying your spiky point of view. We will choose a format that can showcase your strong suit.

Week 2

Outlining Your Core Asset

Once we know what the core asset looks like, we will go into outlining how you share the information.

For example, what goes into a 5-day email course, a 7-topic video course, or a 4-week live program?

You don’t want to list down everything you want to teach because literally, that’s the worst way to create a learning experience. It is about structuring the content and interactions so that the whole program is cohesive. That’s how you get results for your customers and win their hearts.

Once you have the outline done, the actual product development will be easy.

Week 3

Creating a Go-to-Market Strategy

When you finish creating a new asset, you should use it to generate lots of leads and onboard new customers. But these people won’t come until you go get them.

We’ll look at what you have and define all the effective ways to get eyeballs and traffic into your new asset. We’ll finetune the best ways to present your offer and increase your conversion rate.

At this point, you have the whole plan mapped out and can go ahead to develop your asset with ease.
