If you're overwhelmed by your Twitter feed, you'll like TweetDeck. It is like a noise silencer that allows you to only focus on the tweets that matter to you. I find it useful when I want to focus on well-performing content from my favorite people because I can filter by the number of likes, retweets, and replies.
This is a great way for build in public creators to get insights into content with high engagement. I can make sure to focus on the right people instead of all my followers.
